At Jola & Beauty we know you have a busy schedule, so we commit to ensuring that we run on time, giving you all benefits and time of a full treatment, thereby allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your treatment. We will also ensure that you leave your appointment on time so you can carry on with your other commitments during your day.

In return we ask that you adhere toy our Appointment Cancellation Policy when you need to change appointment or are running late, this is to ensure that all our clients experience the quality treatments and time that they have booked.

Working in this way means that everything runs smoothly, our prices are kept at affordable rates and our business continues to thrive and grow. 

CHANGING APPOINTMENTS:

We completely understand life is hectic and sometimes you might need to change your appointment, it is essential that you give us 48 hours' notice so that we can offer that time slit to another client, as we do operate a waiting list.

If you cannot give us 48 hours' notice and have to cancel your appointment at short notice you have two options:

- send a friend or family member in your place

- pay 50% of the total cost of your appointment, at the time of cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS:

We want to ensure that each client gets the benefit of their full treatment time so any "late arrivals" will result in your treatment content being reduced to ensure that we finish on time for our next client.
